Step 2  NOQ confirms your eligibility

Usually within 1–2 business days. They'll reach out directly if they need anything.

Step 3  Your device ships and your license activates

Your free Core device arrives ready to go. Your Plus software license is activated and you're set for the first 12 months.

Step 4  Get free setup support

The NOQ team works with you directly to build out your menus on the platform so that you're ready to go before your first event.

Who is NOQ?

NOQ is a point-of-sale and payments platform built specifically for vendors, venues, and large-scale events. They operate across the US and UK and have processed over 15 million transactions through their partnership with Adyen — the payment technology behind Spotify, Uber, and McDonald's. MFA vetted NOQ specifically because their system is designed for the pace and unpredictability of mobile food: fast transactions, offline capability, and simple on-the-go management.

How long does onboarding take?

After you submit the form, NOQ typically confirms eligibility within 1–2 business days. Your Core device ships shortly after and your software license activates at the same time.

When do I get paid?

NOQ processes payouts within 2 working days of each transaction, directly to your account.

What happens to my rate after 12 months?

After the first 12 months, the promotional rate of 2.3% + $0.10 increases to the standard rate of 2.49% + $0.10 per transaction. The Plus software license will also revert to the standard $49.95/month.

I'm not sure I hit $150K in card transactions — should I still sign up?

Yes. Sign up and NOQ will review your eligibility directly. If you don't qualify for the early-bird package, they'll let you know and may have other options available.

Is this offer available outside of MFA?

No. This rate, hardware bundle, and software license are exclusive to MFA members — specifically those participating through the Roaming Hunger and Cater2.me platforms. It's not publicly available.
